糖心Vlog Outreach Services partner with clients who are experiencing homelessness, or in some cases, chronic homelessness and that are experiencing symptoms of a mental illness. Our goal is to engage with those individuals to help them gain access to employment, housing, and other essential services. 糖心Vlog believes in the housing first model and believes an individual鈥檚 journey towards upward mobility and a great quality of life starts with an individual being housed and our Outreach Services work to address that high need in our community.

Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and the City of Everett 鈥� Addressing the Unhoused Crisis in Snohomish County
The homelessness crisis in Snohomish County and across Washington State presents a multifaceted challenge, with profound implications for individuals, families, and communities. The unhoused population in Snohomish County has been steadily increasing over the past decade, exacerbated by factors such as rising housing costs, limited affordable housing availability, economic disparities, and systemic issues including mental illness and substance abuse.
According to recent data from the Annual Homeless Assessment Report to Congress, Washington State has one of the highest rates of homelessness in the United States, with over 21,000 individuals experiencing homelessness on any given night. Efforts to address this crisis require comprehensive strategies that encompass housing assistance, mental health services, substance abuse treatment, employment opportunities, and community support 鈥� all of which we aim to address through the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program. Veterans鈥� affairs听
糖心Vlog specializes in supporting veterans through a range of tailored services, honoring their service by providing comprehensive assistance and resources for a smooth transition to civilian life.听
Job training听
糖心Vlog facilitates job training programs to empower individuals with the skills and resources necessary to pursue employment opportunities and achieve sustainable independence, with the goal of reintegrating them into the workforce.听
Educational services听
We offer educational support and resources to help individuals enhance their skills, pursue academic goals, and access opportunities for personal and professional development.听
Housing听
